Lucía Villarruel is Project Manager/Compliance, Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at CDM. She is a 2017 graduate from The University of Texas with a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Security. Migrants’ rights have been the primary focus of Lucia’s career. She has worked with immigrants and refugees in Texas, Mexico and France as a paralegal, interpreter and community organizer, and continues to volunteer with migrant-focused organizations. She is originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina.
