Lucy Thames

Lucy Thames is CDM’s Project Manager, Outreach. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she majored in Health Policy at the Gillings School of Global Public Health and Hispanic Literatures and Cultures. Prior to joining CDM, Lucy worked with outreach and advocacy teams supporting migrant and seasonal farmworkers and meat processing workers in North Carolina, as well as in qualitative research documenting inequity across the United States. She looks forward to supporting migrant workers and the CDM team in working towards a more equitable healthcare system.
